摘要 PURPOSE:To attain the fine adjustment of the position of a carriage by performing the fine adjustment of a bearing stand supporting one end of a lead screw in the carriage drive mechanism of a lead screw system. CONSTITUTION:When a stepping motor 12 rotates and drives, the lead screw 13 rotates. The rotation is converted into a linear movement due to the action of a ball 15, and the carriage moves linearly. The one end of the screw 13 is pushed on the bearing stand 24, whose bearing part is recessed conical, through a rigid ball 23. The other end of the screw 13 is recessed conical, and the recessed part is provided with a lubricant such as glease and the rigid ball 23. Here the bearing stand 24 is of a screw structure capable of fine movement with respect to an actuator 20. Accordingly, if the bearing stand 24 minutely rotates to shift in the shaft direction of the screw 13, the screw 13 rotates through the rigid ball 23. As a result the carriage 10 minutely moves together with the rotation of the screw 13. Thus, if the bearing stand is subjected to fine adjustment, the position of the carriage 10 with respect to a base 11 can be relatively adjusted.
