PURPOSE:To transmit a power properly and simply, by applying an internal gear pump and properly determining a flow resistance in a restriction passage between a suction chamber and a discharge chamber. CONSTITUTION:An outer rotor is provided coaxially with an axis of rotation of an inner rotor 6. A circular void 12 is defined between the outer rotor and an outer rotor cover 13 in such a manner as to be eccentric from the axis of rotation. An interval gear 18 having teeth more than those of an external gear 20 fixed to the outer circumference of the inner rotor 6 is slidably received in the circular void 12. A suction chamber 22 and a discharge chamber 23 are defined between both the gears 18 and 20. Restriction passages 26 and 27 for adjusting a gear ratio are provided between the suction chamber 22 and the discharge chamber 23.
