PURPOSE:To improve measuring accuracy of the titled sensor by performing the specific plating on an amorphous alloy and soldering the amorphous alloy with a soft magnetic substance on the plated part and eliminating instability of a magnetic circuit. CONSTITUTION:Disks 31 and 32 of the amorphous alloy magnetic substance are plated on the parts to be soldered respectively. The disk 31 is integrated with the top of a cylinder 1 and the top of a central bar 4 by the soldering 51 and 52 respectively and on the other hand, the disk 32 is integrated with the bottom of the cylinder 1 and the bottom of the central bar 4 by the soldering 53 and 54 respectively. In this way, the disks 31 and 32 are integrated with the cylinder 1 and the central bar 4 of the soft magnetic substance at the tops and the bottoms to form a magnetic closed circuit. Then, a detection coil 2 is installed in the magnetic closed circuit and the coil 2 is fixed so as not to come into contact with the central bar 4 and the disks 31 and 32 by stop rings 61 and 62 fixed in the inside of the cylinder 1. In this way, the size of the external force can be accurately detected as a change of an inductance value of the coil.
