PURPOSE:To make the whole of a cell structure compact and enable stacking of plural unit cells to be carried out just through piling them up in assembly, by assembling electrode plates in frame boards for holding them and internally forming gas supply manifolds in these frame boards. CONSTITUTION:Since manifolds 7, 8 are internally formed in frame boards 4, 5 having electrode plates assembled therein, no space is required outside manifold laminated bodies consisting of foreign parts so as to form the whole compact. Meanwhile, when plural unit cells S are stacked, the assembling work can be carried out very simply, because just piling them up together with frame boards is enough for this purpose. |
