PRODUCTION DEVICE OF CARBON FIBER BY CENTRIFUGAL SPINNING

摘要

PURPOSE:To take out carbon fibers continuously without stopping a device, by setting an endless belt running in the surrounding direction around the circumference of a centrifugal spinning nozzle and forming fiber outlet between both the end parts of the belt. CONSTITUTION:An endless belt 22 is set around a centrifugal spinning nozzle 20 at a proper interval, an outlet for fibbers 11 are opened between both the end parts and the belt 22 is run and driven in the circumferential direction of the spinning nozzle 20 by a drive roller 24 while supporting the inner face of the belt by a great number of supporting rollers 23. At least one of the belt 22 and the roller 23 is magnetized and they are mutually adsorbed.
