<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the reliability of a semiconductor under high temperature and high moisture environment by coating a semiconductor element and lead wirings with a resin composition which contains at least fluoroacrylate resin to strengthen alpha-ray resistance. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor element and lead wirings are coated with a resin composition which contains at least fluoroacrylate resin. The fluoroacrylate resin includes fluoroacrylate resin represented by the formula I, and fluoromethacrylate resin represented by the formulae II, III, IV. Thus, the alpha-ray resistance is strengthened to enhance the reliability of a semiconductor under high temperature and high moisture environment.</p> |
