PURPOSE:To correct the deviation of an optical axis of light made incident/ reflected upon/by a reflecting mirror by forming a holding member consisting of an elastic member unitedly with other members and displacing the reflecting mirror fitted to the holding member in a required direction. CONSTITUTION:When the reflecting mirror 18 is turned right or left from the optical axis, i.e. when the mirror 18 is turned to the front or back, a working screw 48 is advanced with a driver or the like and a holding part 36 abutted upon the end part 50 of the screw 48 is deformed to adjust the position of the mirror 18 fitted to the holding part 36. When a center deviation screw 44 is driven, a reflecting mirror holding member 30 is displaced in the arrow direction around a screw 46 to adjust the position of the mirror 18 fitted to the member 30 and correct the axial deviation of the light. Consequently, the polarized light beam can be accurately guided to a light beam receiving part and the optical axis adjusting time can be shortened. |
