发明名称 ARC WELDING METHOD FOR LONG-SIZED BODY
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency in welding work by performing the welding with reversing a robot upto the first origin from the 2nd origin for the similar after performing the welding of the work with traveling the robot upto the 2nd origin of the welding completion from the 1st origin of welding start. CONSTITUTION:A work W is fixed by a clamp 2 by positioning it to a jig 1. The welding is started by the torch 3 for arc welding by confirming that a robot R1 is located at the welding start origin (1st origin) of the work W1 by a limit switch LS1. The reverse direction welding for the 1st origin O1 from the 2nd origin O2 of the succeeding work W2 is started by turning ON the limit switch LS2 when the robot R1 reaches the forward completion position (2nd origin) O2. Similar order is repeated thereafter. In this welding the idling time of the robot is reduced, the arc time factor is raised and the welding work efficiency can be increased.
