PURPOSE:To provide talking and recording functions with simple constitution by providing a connection terminal connected to an input section of an external recorder to a telephone set. CONSTITUTION:The talking and recording preparation state is formed by connecting a connection terminal 17 connected to a telephone set 10 to a line-in connection section as an input section of a tape recorder section 19 provided to a cassette tape recorder 18, the talking and recording state is formed by using a recording switch 21 to connect the connecting terminal 17 and the telephone line 11. A transmission electric signal and a reception electric signal, that is, the content of talking is taken in by the recorder section 19 under the talking and recording state to apply the talking and recording.
