PURPOSE:To concurrently perform turned putting and skewing by providing a lower turning die with intermittent turning and skewing by transmission of the rotating force of a press machine through an index device and a stepless speed change gear. CONSTITUTION:The rotating force of a crankshaft 1 of a press machine is inputted into an index device 10 available in the market. A driving pulley 21 is fixed on an output shaft 12 of the device 10 and a following pulley 24 is brought into contact with the pulley 21 and is connected with a lower turning die 51 of a metal die unit 50 through prescribed gears and a timing belt. Therefore, both intermittent turning of 90 deg. or 180 deg., as an example, by the device 10 and skew amounts which shift iron cores to the extent of very small angle by speed changes of the pulleys 21 and 24 are concurrently transmitted to the die 51. The skew amounts are steplessly changed by change of the pulleys 21 and 24. |
