PURPOSE:To quickly deaerate bubbles, rolled into viscous liquid upon being mixed, and improve productivity by a method wherein air in a mixing tank upon mixing the viscous liquid is replaced with gas gaseous under a normal pressure, liquid under being pressurized and dissolved into the viscous liquid slightly. CONSTITUTION:A throw-in port 2 provided on the top of a mixing tank 1 is closed and sealed, while specified gas is supplied from a pipe 6 into the mixing tank 1 to be replaced with air filling the mixing tank 1. In case the principal material of viscous liquid is polyester resin, Freon gas is suitable as the gas to be replaced with the air. Next, a material such as polyester, styrene or the like is thrown into the mixing tank 1 and the tank is sealed, thereafter, the material is agitated and mixed sufficiently. The material is left until big bubbles are floated, thereafter, clean air is supplied through the pipe 6 into the mixing tank 1 to replace gas filling a space 1c. Subsequently, the pressure of 3kg/cm<2> is applied on the viscous liquid M in the mixing tank 1 for 30min, then, small bubbles of the gas, contained in the viscous liquid M, are dissolved into the viscous liquid M and are reduced remarkably. |
