PURPOSE:The titled composition, obtained by blending a specific alicyclic epoxy compound with an epsilon-caprolactone resin and having remarkably improved hydrolysis preventive property. CONSTITUTION:An epsilon-caprolactone resin composition obtained by blending (A) 100pts.wt. epsilon-caprolactone resin having 10,000-200,000 number-average molecular weight with (B) 1-5pts.wt. alicyclic epoxy compound having at least >=1 epoxy groups. 3,4-Epoxycyclohexanecarboxylate is preferred for the component (B).
