PURPOSE:To permit good surface finish to be obtained without adhering contaminants in a mold, dust or the like to a hard coat layer by a method wherein the hard coat layer, spread over the colored resin outer plate of motorcars or the like, is coated with a releasable film and this composite layer is molded in a mold. CONSTITUTION:A transparent film 6, extruded out of a second extrusion molding machine 5, is laminated on a colored film 2, extruded out of a first extrusion molding machine 1 while hard coat liquid 7 is spread over the transparent film 6. Then a releasable film 9 is adhered and coats the hard coat liquid 7 to obtain a laminated body 10, which is taken up onto a take-up roller 4. The laminated body 10 is cut while the hard coat liquid 7 is not cured yet to obtain a sheet type laminated body 10a. Subsequently, the sheet type laminated body 10a is pressed by a press mold to form it into a predetermined shape. Ultraviolet rays are projected on the formed laminated body 10a to cure the hard coat liquid 7 perfectly. Finally, the releasable film 9 is separated from the laminated body 10a and an objective colored resin molded form 10b can be obtained.
