摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance clad removing efficiency to a large extent, by planning the diameter of a pipe so that a resin upper bed part being a clad removing bed is set to a low flow speed area. CONSTITUTION:The part below the position about 5-40cm or more low from the upper surface layer 24a of the resin in a desalting tower is set to a tower diameter D0 and the part above the position 52 about 5-40cm therefrom is set to tower diameter D1 and D1 is made larger than D2. The relation between the linear velocity V0 of the part with the tower diamater D0 and the linear velocity V1 of the part with the tower diameter D1 is D1=(V0/V1)<1/2>XD0. A gradient of about 30 deg.-45 deg. is provided between positions 51, 52 so as to prevent the used resin from remaining in the tower at the discharge time of the resin. Discharge nozzles are provided from 2-8 places around the gradient part. By this method, only the clad contaminated resin of the resin surface layer is selectively removed from a discharge pipe 55 to be replaced with a new resin to enhance clad removing effect.
