PURPOSE:The titled composition, obtained by graft copolymerizing a polymerizable organosilicon compound and vinyl chloride with a glycidyl (meth) acrylate copolymer and blending the resultant graft copolymer with carbon black, having improved heat resistance, etc., and good moldability and suitable for electromagnetic wave shielding materials, etc. CONSTITUTION:An electrically conductive resin composition obtained by graft copolymerizing (A2) vinyl chloride and (A3) a polymerizable organosilicon compound (organopolysiloxane having terminal polymerizable groups) with (A1) a glycidyl (meth)acryalte copolymer containing 5-90wt% glycidyl (meth)acrylate units and blending (A) 100pts.wt. vinyl chloride graft copolymer containing 0.5-10wt% component (A1), 99.4-76wt% component (A2) and 0.1-4wt% component (A3) with (B) 5-50pts.wt., preferably 10-30pts.wt. carbon black.
