PURPOSE:To facilitate the impedance matching by providing a hole having a thread up to the inside of a dielectric support and inserting a screw with the same type of material as that of the dielectric support to the tip of which a metallic cylinder piece or a cylinder chip made of a dielectric different from the type of material of the dielectric support is fitted. CONSTITUTION:A thread hole 11 is provided, which ranges from a part opposite to a lower face 72 of a waveguide 7 onto which the dielectric support 8 touches up to the inside of said dielectric support. Then the dielectric screw 12 made of the same type of material as that of the dielectric support 8 having a metal- made or dielectric cylindrical chip 10 different from the dielectric support adhered by, e.g, an adhesives at the tip is inserted into a thread hole 11, the metallic cylinder chip and a coaxial inner conductor 5 are brought into contact or the dielectric cylindrical chip and the coaxial inner conductor are not brought into contact to facilitate the impedance matching thereby improving the conversion characteristic. Even after the decision of size, the fine adjustment and band width are changed by changing the size of metal or dielectric and the type of material.
