CONSTITUTION:The transmitter 1 is provided to the hand luggage, the possessor of the hand luggage carries the receiver 2 and the uttering device 3, and when the possessor is parted from the misplaced and luggage by the prescribed distance, the receiver carried by the possessor receives a radio wave sent from the transmitter provided in the hand luggage and is operated. Then the uttering device is activated to raise a bell or the like.
