PURPOSE:To obtain a receiving sheet for electrophotography capable of forming a sharp readable toner image by an electrophotographic copier but incapable of re-copying said toner image, by a method wherein a mirror surface gloss metal layer is not formed on a resin film in the form of an entire surface continuous film but in an island state and an insulating film is provided thereon. CONSTITUTION:A metal layer 2 having mirror surface gloss is formed to the single surface of a resin film 1 in an island state and an insulating film is provided thereon. The metal layer 2 is provided in an island state and the size of each island part 2a is set to 50cm<2> or less. Metal layer non-forming parts 2b capable of holding insulation are present between the island parts 2a. In thus formed re-copy preventing receiving sheet, the sharp toner image corresponding to a manuscript can be formed on the receiving sheet but the re-copy preventing receiving sheet having said toner image formed thereto can not be re-copied through use as a manuscript. That is, because the quantity of transmitted light is insufficient by the presence of the metal layer in a diazo type copier, re-copy is impossible. Because the reflected light from the mirror surface gloss metal layer is excessive in an electrophotographic copier, re-copy is impossible. |
