PURPOSE:To emit light propagated in a photoconductor rod in a desired radial direction by dividing the photoconductor rod radially into plural pieces about the center point as a common point and forming reflecting surfaces as respective divided surfaces. CONSTITUTION:The photoconductor rod is divided into three parts 101, 102, and 103 about the center line Q as the common point, and the respective divided surfaces are made into reflecting surfaces 11. A transparent cylinder body 20 is formed in a specific shape 10 by matching the divided photoconductor rods 101-103. The light emission end 1a of the photoconductor cable 1 is arranged opposite end surfaces of the respective divided photoconductor rods 101-103 and when the end 1a is arranged opposite the photoconductor rod 101, light is emitted radially within a range of theta1 deg. in the axial direction of the photoconductor rod.
