PURPOSE:To enable a gas analyzer to perform a continuous analysis for a long time, by providing a water jet type gas sucker, a gas separator and a gas processor which an internal kiln gas sent out from the separator is introduced to a gas analyzer by adjusting gas conditions. CONSTITUTION:A water jet type gas sucker 17 sucks an internal kiln gas 2a out of a ceramic kiln. Then, a gas separator 26 separates the internal kiln gas from a water gas mixed fluid sent out from the sucker 17 and dust contained in the internal kiln gas is trapped into water. A gas processor 37 introduces the internal kiln gas sent out from the separator 26 to the gas analyzer 10 by adjusting the gas conditions. With such an arrangement, the removal of dust from the internal kiln gas 2a with the sucker 17 almost eliminates the need for the maintenance of the sucker 17. This provides an internal gas sampling apparatus which enables the gas analyzer 10 to perform continuous analysis for a long time.
