PURPOSE:To perform tight filling of pulverized/granular substance or crushing of objects in the form of lumps by elevating and sinking an elevating/sinking cylinder, detaining and separating a detent pin of a dropping cylinder automati cally using a universal hook, and pulling up and dropping the dropping cylinder. CONSTITUTION:When a rod 4 is sunk, the inclined surface 11a of a hook 11 comes in contact with a detent pin 8 of a dropping cylinder 7, and the hook 11 is turned counterclockwise, and a further sink disengages the pin 8 from said inclined surface 11a to cause rotation of the hook 11 clockwise, and thereby the detent pin 8 is detained with the hook 11. If the rod 4 is pulled up from this condition, the dropping cylinder 7 is pulled up along a long hole 9, and the counter-detention side 11b of the hook 11 comes in contact with a stopper 12, and a further pulling-up turns the hook 11 counterclockwise along a guide 13, and the detent pin 8 is disengaged from the hook 11, so that the dropping cylinder 7 falls by its own weight.
