PURPOSE:To obtain a plurality of stabilized voltage outputs, and realize a small-sized light-weight apparatus of low cost, by making voltages applied to a first and a second control windings differ from each other, making coupling degrees of an exciting winding to a first and a second output windings differ from each other, and making voltages of a first and a second output windings differ from each other. CONSTITUTION:A first and a second control windings 6 and 7 respectively possess their center taps for an exciting coil 3, and are divided into upper half parts 6a and 7a, and lower half parts 6b and 7b. When the terminal voltage of a first load drops, the voltage is detected means of by a control circuit 28, an error voltage drops, and the voltage of a variable voltage source 27 drops. Consequently, a magnetic bias quantity due to the control winding 6 drops, a time width in which a second leg 9 reaches saturation becomes long, and a voltage is obtained on an output winding 4 until this time point. That is, the time width of a squared pulse is increased. When a load voltage becomes higher than a reference, the above operation is inverted, and as the result of it, a stabilized output voltage is obtained. As to the second load 27, the circuits of the control winding 7 and a second output winding 5 operate in the quite same manner.
