<p>In order to improve the emptying characteristics in a collection container with bottom emptying for solids, in particular for mainly flat collection products, such as waste paper and cardboard, the swivel axes of the bottom flaps are arranged in such a way that they point towards opposite walls of the lower circumferential edge and run parallel to one another or are identical, it being possible for the bottom flaps to be swivelled downwards from the lower circumferential edge to the swivel axis during the emptying operation. In this case, the actuating rod for the bottom flaps is longitudinally displaceable in the bottom region. Arranged above the hinge of the bottom flaps flush with the swivel axis is a single-part or multi-part guide sheet which extends substantially vertically from the bottom region towards the upper wall and rests against the lateral walls.</p> |
