PURPOSE:To obtain a copy with a binding margin without any miss by displacing an image by the binding margin when a one-surface/both-surface mode or both-surface/one-surface mode is selected and specified. CONSTITUTION:It is decided whether a binding margin adjustment mode is set under binding margin magnification variation control and when the binding margin adjustment mode is entered, a code of copy mode is decided. When the code is 1, namely, in both-surface original to one-surface copy mode, a top surface copy display is decided and when the top surface copy display is on, an image is copied while shifted by the binding margin. When the code is 2, i.e. in one-surface original to both-surface copy mode, the top surface copy display is decided and when the top copy display is off, the image is copied while shifted by the binding margin. |
