<p>The decorative laminated element is comprised of an outer decorative facing (1) consisting of mortar and of an insulating sublayer (3) consisting of light concrete, a filamentary intermediate layer (2) reinforcing the connection between both layers (1) and (3). The laminated element according to the invention is particularly intended to the decoration of the inside of a building. The method for fabricating such a laminated element consists in depositing at the bottom of a mould a structured matrix of synthetic rubber corresponding to the negative of the relief of the surface (4) of the element. A first layer of mortar having a thickness of a few millimetres is placed in contact with the structured matrix. A filamentary layer (2) is then applied to the mortar surface. A last layer of light concrete (3) with a thickness of a few centimetres is then applied up to the top of the sidewalls of the mould. Said laminated element enables to obtain large size panels (2.50 x 1 m) which are however very light.</p> |
