PURPOSE:To produce efficiently the titled device having a high quality, by providing a holding mechanism of a work, a drawing-in mechanism for giving a prescribed tension to a winding, a winding guide mechanism for grasping an insert-through end of the winding, a sucking mechanism of the insert-through end of the winding, and a head for releasing an engaged state of the winding. CONSTITUTION:A head base 9 is installed to a holding recessed part 2 of a work holding mechanism 1, a pin 12 is attached to one end of a winding 13, and on the other hand, the other end of the winding 13 is fixed by soldering to a terminal 10 which has been provided on the head base 9. Subsequently, the winding is drawn out toward the sticking surface of a magnetic head 15 through a through-hole 14, the pin 12 which has been attached to the tip of the winding is grasped by a grasping piece 6, and also, the middle part of the winding 13 is hooked to a hook needle 4 of a drawing-in mechanism 3 and always drawn in the direction as indicated with an arrow (a), and a prescribed tension is applied to the winding 13. The grasping piece 6 is moved as indicated with an arrow (b) and inserted through the inside of a winding hole 16, and moved in the direction opposite to the arrow (a) by loosening the drawing-in mechanism 3 in order to suck the pin 12 by a suction force of a suction tube 8 being in a holding state, when the pin 12 has been exposed to the reverse side of the magnetic head 15.
