PURPOSE:To attain the display of a space charging diagram, a ball/stick diagram and the structure pattern of a molecule with the electronic density taken into consideration by deciding the position of the construction atom of a compound on a coordinate, and executing a prescribed data processing mechanically. CONSTITUTION:The structure information on the compound to be drawn is shifted to a table 3 from a file 2. Then two atoms A and B connected to each other are selected out of those atoms forming the compound are selected based on the table 3. The centers of both atoms A and B are connected by a straight line LAB. Then the spherical patterns of both atoms are plotted on the line LAB with plural concentrical circles through an atom pattern control part 5. A columnar pattern is plotted on the line LAB between both atoms A and B by an inter-atom pattern control part 6. Thus an original picture model of the compound is produced.
