PURPOSE:To assemble a wound core and a winding with an excellent space factor, by winding an amorphous magnetic alloy tin belt around a rotating body, which is then rotated in the inverse direction to form a non-cut type wound core which is wound closely around the leg part of the winding. CONSTITUTION:An amorphous magnetic alloy thin belt 31 for a wound core is wound around the drum 12 of an apparatus main body 11. A winding frame 24 surrounds leg parts inside a winding 33, 33 on a filter 16, and is fixed so as to be easily dismounted. The starting end 31a to rewind the thin belt from the drum 12 is fixed to the external peripheral surface of a winding frame 24 with an adhesive tape 26. A rotating disk 17 is clockwise rotated, for example, by a motor 23, and the thin belt 31 is wound around the windings 33, 33. The thin belt 31 is cut at a desired position, whose end 31b is fixed to a tension post 27 with an adhesive tape or the like. The starting end 31a is fixed to the external peripheral surface of an internal surface insulating cylinder 34 with an adhesive tape or the like. The thin belt 31 rewound by the inverse rotation is closely wound around the internal surface insulating cylinder 34, and a non-cut type wound core 32 is formed.
