PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of insulating oil heated by the electron gun so as to make it possible to operate a gyrotron device for a long term by providing a cooling means for the insulating oil of the gyrotron device. CONSTITUTION:A cooling plate 10 is attached to a gyrotron oscillator tube 1 surrounding the electron gun 2 and immersed in the insulating oil 8. A cooling pipe is attached to the cooling plate 10 circularly and in which cooling water is flowed from the cooling tube 11. The insulating oil heated by the heat generated from the electron gun 2 is cooled by the cooling plate 10. Therefore, the deterioration of the insulating oil 8 and the damage of cryostat 3 can be prevented to operate the gyrotron device for a long term.
