PURPOSE:To keep a reflection plate from deformation so that there will be no uneven reflection even if it is heated by the heat generated from a heater by forming a groove in a fixed plate which is fixed longitudinally of a heat generating rod and holding the reflection plate with a room nby means of this groove to accommodate thermal expansion. CONSTITUTION:A heater 2 which generates heat is fixed to a heater mounting member 7. The heater mounting member 7 is mounted to a heater shade 8, and a fixing plate 9 is fixed to this heater shade 8 at right angle to the longitudinal direction of the heater 2. This fixing plate 9 is provided with a fixing groove 9b, and a reflection plate 3 is inserted into this groove 9b. The length of the groove 9b is a little longer than the length of the reflection plate at right angle to its longitudinal direction, and its end has a gap A which gives a play of several milimeters. Thermal expansion of the reflection plate 3 is absorbed in this gap A.
