PURPOSE:To facilitate the fitting of a seal and the disassembly around a knuckle by slantly dividing the knuckle in the said structure into a knuckle portion having a king pin hole on the upper side and a knuckle portion having a king pin on the lower side. CONSTITUTION:The axle shaft 5 of a drive axle with a steering device is supported by a bearing 7 at the axle end 9, and a spherical section 1 is integrally formed on the axle end 9. A knuckle 2 is supported by this spherical section 1 via king pins 4, and an axle case 20 is fitted to the knuckle 2 with bolts 22. In this case, this knuckle 2 is vertically divided into knuckle members 2a, 2b on the upper side and lower side having king pin holes 13, 14 respectively. Then, a seal 3 in sliding contact with the outer periphery of the spherical section 1 is clamped and held between both knuckle members 2a, 2b in a sandwich shape.
