发明名称 AL ALLOY FOR HEAT EXCHANGER HAVING SUPERIOR DROOPING RESISTANCE AND ROOM TEMPERATURE STRENGTH
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide Al alloy for heat exchanger superior in drooping resistance to brazing heating and also in mechanical property at room temp. thereafter, by composing of respectively specified contents of Mn, Si and the balance Al with inevitable impurity. CONSTITUTION:The titled alloy is composed of, by weight 1.16-2.0% Mn, 0.3-1.0% Si and the balance Al with inevitable impurity and superior in drooping resistance and high temp. strength. In the Al alloy, Al-Mn-Si fine compd. are formed by adding Mn especially together with Si. By formation of the fine compds., drooping resistance in high temp. in case being held at furnace inside temp. during brazing is improved in addition to room temp. strength. Consequently, if the Al alloy is used as fin material of heat exchanger, settling and deformation are not caused and size and shape as designed can be held even during use.
