PURPOSE:To stop the malfunction of a system and an internal processing in a microprocessor carrying out a dynamic action without developing the insertion of an internal refresh cycle by giving a microprogram control system to the control part of a microprocessor. CONSTITUTION:The control part 1 is equipped with a micro ROM 2 storing a microprogram. If the microinstruction code is decoded by a control decoder 8, a control signal for a variety of registers and an execution unit 10 comprised of an arithmetic logic unit, etc., is formed. Among a series of microinstruction groups corresponding to the microinstruction, the next and subsequent ones are read out by supplying a code showing the next address field of the microinstruction read-out right before to a microaddress generator circuit 4. The control signal formed, as a series of microinstructions are read out, controls the execution unit 10, thereby executing the processing corresponding to the microinstruction.
