PURPOSE:To autonomously inform a centralized control device of the trouble occurrence, trouble generating detecting device number and trouble contents immediately after the trouble occurs by holding a trouble detecting function by a hardware and a software at respective interface devices. CONSTITUTION:A subsidiary device 2, when a hardware trouble in a certain scope occurs, detects the trouble by a trouble detecting part 23 in an interface device 20 with a hardware and writes the trouble contents to an alarm setting part 24. Further, in a signal receiving part 21, a token is acquired, the trouble occurrence and the occurrence detecting device number are autonomously informed from a signal transmitting part 22 to a centralized control device 1 and by the request of the centralized control device 1 the trouble contents are informed. By the hardware, the subsidiary device 2 detects the trouble when the information is transmitted to other device over and over again and is not received as the result, the trouble contents are written from an information processing device 30 to the alarm setting part 24, the token is acquired and the trouble occurrence, trouble contents and trouble detecting device number are autonomously informed to the centralized control device 1.
