PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement in luminous efficiency, stability of light emission and active characteristics, and stability with aging by forming an organic Langmuir project (LB) film out to an organic material composed of an electron donative organic single molecular compound having a predetermined electron transition spectrum characteristic. CONSTITUTION:A film 13 is formed on a top surface of a semiconductor layer 11 and a metallic material layer 14 is formed on the film 13. The LB film 13 is formed on an organic coating film composed of an electron donative organic single molecular compound whose longest absorption peak wavelength in an electron transition spectrum is within 300-600nm. The electron donative single molecular compound can be expressed by formula (I), (II), (III), (IV) or (V). In these formula, R<1>-R<4> designate substituted or not-substituted heterocyclic radical, aryl radical, aralkyl radical or alkyl radical or hydrogen and R<1> and R<2> or R<3> and R<4> on the same atom may form a cycle. However, R<1> and R<2> or R<3> and R<4> are not hydrogen at the same time. A is a dihydric organic radical and (n) can be expressed by 0 or 1. |
