<p>Process for the manufacture of cellular mortars by incorporating foam, characterised in that the hydraulic binder is first of all mixed with rich lime in a proportion of approximately between 5 and 30 % by weight relative to the hydraulic binder and with a plasticiser in a proportion of between approximately 0.3 and approximately 0.8 % by weight relative to the hydraulic binder before adding a quantity of water sufficient for the hydration of the binder, after which a quantity of foam making it possible to obtain the desired density of the finished cellular mortar is incorporated in this mixture.
