PURPOSE:To permit drawing of a chromatogram even with a small storage capacity by providing a stage where the rise start point, etc. of each peak are stored, a stage where the shape of the rising side is drawn to attain the prescribed multiplication of the distance from the rising start point of the half- amplitude level on the rising side of the peak up to the end point, etc., with respect to the respective separated components of a sample. CONSTITUTION:The absorbancy output signal of a detector enters a data processor. The data stored in a storage part is read out when a peak regeneration operation is started. The time (abscissa) at each point necessary for the peak and the peak height (ordinate) are read if there is the peak. For example, the peak height on the rising side is HU and the peak height on the fall side is HD. The width LU on the rising side and the peak height HU on the rising side are taken into consideration and the half-amplitude value WU on the rising side is so preset as to be made 0.2-0.4 times the width LU. The shape on the rising side is drawn with a normal distribution curve on a recording part. The chromatogram peak is thus reproduced simply by storing a small number of the measurement data and therefore, the required quantity of storage elements is decreased.
