PURPOSE:To aim at preventing a panel type wheel from being stolen, by installing a sleeve metal projectingly in the central part of a wheel disc, making it jut out of a core hole of a panel, and screwing a box nut with a built-in electronic lock or the like in this sleed metal, then thightening the panel. CONSTITUTION:A sleeve metal 20 is housed in a concavity 4 of a wheel disc 1, and a seat plate 21 of the sleeve metal 20 is locked in the central part of this concavity 4. And, a panel 16 is fitted in the concavity 4, and the sleeve metal 20 is projected out of a core hole 18 of the panel 16, while the panel 16 is made contact with a clamping bolt 14, making the surface into being flush with the wheel disc 1, and ribs 7 and 17 of both of them are trued up. And, a projecting edge 32 of a box nut N is adjusted to a notch 26 of the sleeve metal 20, rotating this box nut N as far as the specified angle, the projecting edge 32 is screwed in both thread grooves 24 and 25, whereby the panel 16 is tightened to the wheel disc 1. At this time, a claw piece 44 of an engaged plate is engaged with either of upper and lower tooth profile edges 27, checking rotation of the box nut N.
