PURPOSE:To improve the using ratio of a working media to establish the cycling of a drawing issue work and to level the work by executing an optimum work instruction in the form under consideration of work environment condition to a copying request generated at random. CONSTITUTION:A judging means 4 refers to a request condition storing part 22, removes one user request (the oldest user request being reached) of the youngest number out of the request reaching numbers which comes to waiting for the processing, from a request contents storing part 21 and a judging part 41 confirms the media number for the work and the number of the requested copies requested by the user. Continuously, by the information from a media number storing part 31 for the work, the judging part 41 whether or not the media number for the work requested out of all media for the work stored in a media condition storing means 3 for a work is stored, and concerning the confirmed media number for the work, the number of copies is confirmed by the information from a media copy number storing part 32 for a work. Next, the number of the copies requested of the requested media for the work and the number of copies of the media for the work are multiplied, and the number of copies is calculated. |
