The incoming-air outlet device has horizontal and vertical air-guide lamellae (14, 58) arranged in a latticed manner. The horizontal lamellae (14) are, by means of a drive mechanism, continuously pivotable about their bearing pins (56) between a closed position (14a) and various angled positions, in order to make possible in the air-conditioning of a room optimum adaptation to different temperatures and flow speeds of the incoming air. The drive mechanism comprises toothed wheels (40) fastened on each lamella pivot pin (56), which are in drive connection with a rack plate (38) which can be moved to and fro by an eccentric body with an eccentric pin (44). The drive motor can be stopped in any angular position.
