The invention relates to a material intended for manufacturing a candle which has the particular feature, while burning, of emitting a smoke comprising particles absorbing tobacco smoke and the smell of cold tobacco. This material consists of beeswax, paraffin or grease, to which between 0.1 and 0.5% by weight of garlic has been added.
