PURPOSE:To provide the same braking response as that in the use of a motor with small inertial force by using a normal motor and to improve the efficiency of space utilization by releasing a driving force transmission system from contacting a clutch means by a disengaging means. CONSTITUTION:The forward rotation output of a motor 1 rotates a gear clockwise through clutch parts K1 and K2, an initial-stage gear 3, and a gear train. The on-off signal of a sprocket switch 104 at the time of film winding is supplied to a counter 138. A plunger 2 is powered on to slide a shaft 1a downward and a clutch part K1 and a clutch K2 united with the gear 3 are disconnected. Consequently, a film fed constantly at any time regardless of the power source state right before power-on operation even after stop control is performed by a winding control circuit 144.
