PURPOSE:To eliminate such an accident that a photosensitive material is processed while the amount of processing liquid in a processing tank is deficient and to make a processing device easy to use by making an auxiliary tank movable and allowing the processing device to operate only when an auxiliary tank is set at a normal position. CONSTITUTION:A front opening/closing door 103 is opened for the maintenance, inspection, etc., of a development processing part, the auxiliary tank 482 is rotated downward, and a fame body 400 is drawn out forward. Consequently, microswitches MS1-MS3 are turned off to display respective nonconnection positions on alarm lamps and also disable copy processing operation. Then when the frame body 400 is pushed in a main body 100 and stopped by abutting it on a stopper 101 according to a reverse procedure, the microswitch MS1 is turned on and the display of an alarm display part turns off. Then, the auxiliary tank 482 is rotated upward to lock a hook 488 to a fixed claw 406, and then the microswitch MS2 is turned on, so that an alarm display turns off. When the door 103 is closed, the microswitch MS3 is turned off to turn off the alarm display and also enable the processing unit to operate.
