PURPOSE:To analyze the information on a disease condition with good accuracy even if the coated amt. of a specimen, etc., vary by normalizing the photometric data on the electrophoretic image of a measuring specimen. CONSTITUTION:A base 1 is conveyed by rollers 2 to a photometric part 4 where a decalin 3 is housed. The base is subjected to photometric scanning at a specified speed by a photometric device 5 in said part and is then discharged by paper discharge rollers 6. The photoelectric conversion output obtd. from a photodetector 5b by photometric scanning is logarithmically amplified 12 and is converted to absorbancy; thereafter the absorbancy is subjected to analog-to- digital conversion 13 and is stored into a memory 15 under the control of a CPU14. The normal specimen which is a reference is coated at least at one point of every base 1 and the base is migrated together with the specimen to be measured. The sampling data on the migration images thereof stored into the memory 15 are respectively subjected to a smoothing process, then to a normalizing process after auto zero process. The analysis of the information is thus executed with good accuracy even if the coated amt. of the specimen and analyzing conditions vary. |
