PURPOSE:To detect abnormal operation of an antiskid control device, by providing a stroke switch for detecting a movement of an incorporated piston exceeding a predetermined value, in an accumulator adapted to control the depressurization and pressurization of brake hydraulic pressure. CONSTITUTION:An antiskid control device feeds brake hydraulic pressure discharged from a master cylinder 2 which is operated by depressing a brake pedal 1, into a brake device 7 through a gate valve 5 and a hold valve 6. Further, a pressure reducing valve 10, a reservoir 11, an electromagnetic pump 12, an accumulator and a check valve 14 are disposed in a bypass passage 9 bypassing the gate valve 6. In this arrangement, a stroke switch 38 is disposed in an accumulator 13 to be engaged with an incorporated pressure accumulating piston 32 so that an abnormal stroke of the piston 32 is detected. When the switch 38 detects the movement of the piston 32 exceeding a predetermined value, the antiskid device is regarded as it is abnormal, and therefore, issues an alarm, or the like.
