PURPOSE:To prevent a torque transferring device from being overhead, by controlling it to come into either state of fixation or release at a time when a heat generating state in the torque transferring device is continuous over the specified time within the specified range and exceeds the specified range. CONSTITUTION:In a route, transmitting torque out of a power plant B to wheels, there is interposingly provided with a torque transferring device A variable in torque transfer value. In this device aforesaid, a fact that a heat generating state in the torque transferring device A is continuous over the specified time within the specified range ant is is a higher heated state beyond the heating range is judged by a device E. And, according to this judged result, the torque transferring device A is controlled by a device C so as to become either state that 1) its torque is prohibited after releasing an interval between friction members themselves at both input and output sides of the torque transferring device A and 2) the torque transferring device A is fixed so as to cause slippage between these friction members themselves to become zero. |
