<p>PURPOSE:To improve the adhesive strength of a fluororesin paint film to the surface of stainless steel by coating the surface of the steel with a specified amount of a silane coupling agent having an amino group. CONSTITUTION:When a fluororesin paint film is formed on the surface of stainless steel, the surface of the steel is degreased, washed and coated with 1-500mg/m<2> silane coupling agent having an amino group. For example, gamma- aminopropyltriethoxysilane is dissolved in a solvent and used. By this surface treatment, the adhesive strength of the fluororesin paint film can be increased. Since chromic acid or the like is not used, the treatment can easily be carried out with high work efficiency.</p> |
