Hydraulic demolition shearing machine of the type comprising a plate 1 mounted rotationally at the end of an articulated supporting arm 1, the said plate 1 carrying a fixed jaw 2 on which there is articulated a movable jaw 4 by means of a spindle 3, the said movable jaw being actuated by a jack placed between the fixed jaw 2 and the movable jaw 4 and of the spindle 3 so as to act in a direction which is substantially parallel to the bisector of the angle formed by the two jaws 2, 4 in the open position. <IMAGE>
