PURPOSE:To attain the fast and accurate input of transfer slips by calling out assorting patterns registered previously in a codeless way and correcting the items each time. CONSTITUTION:A counting item register/correction part 1 registers the codes, item names and key file positions of the counting items to be assorted or stores them in a counting item file 6 after correction. While an assorting pattern register part 2 registers the remarks, creditor items, debtor items and key file positions of a transaction form having a high emerging frequency or stores them in the form of an assorting pattern file 7 after correction. Then a counter side item assortment register part 4 registers the selecting method of the counter side items of a composite assorting slip. A personal identification number register part 5 registers a personal identification number to prevent the foul input and stores it in a counter side item assortment/identification number file 8. A slip register part 3 refers to files 6-8 with the input received from an input means 9 to proceed the processing and stores the contents of the transfer slips in a slip file 11. |
