MANUFACTURE OF DOUBLE AEROSOL CONTAINER

PURPOSE:To form a double aerosol container simply, by a method wherein a flange part is formed on a baggy inner bag and fixed to an outer cylindrical container by suspending within the outer cylindrical container. CONSTITUTION:A baggy inner bag 2 having an opening 2a on one end is manu factured by piling up laminated sheets 1 mutually and adhering them. A neces sary adhesive allowance 2c is left behind on the outer circumference of the baggy inner bag 2 by removing a unnecessary seal part 2b. A flange part 2d formed by inserting a heating mold into the opening 2a is inserted into an external cylindrical container 3. Then the heating mold is pulled out and the baggy inner bag 2 is suspended within the external cylindrical container 3. Then the flange part 2d is cooled and fixed on a bead 3a of the external cylin drical container 3 firmly through an annular groove part 4a of a mounting cup 4. With this construction, preparation of a split mold for flow molding for manufacturing the baggy inner bag is unnecessary and manufacturing cost is extremely inexpensive.
